Volunteer Signup

The team needs volunteers to run the meet. We have a small team so parents need to volunteer all the meets their swimmers on in. The other options you can do are call one of our volunteer young adults, to do a volunteer role for you at a meet you can not do. You will need to let us know as well. At registration, you agree to a $200.00 charge if you do not fulfill the volunteer obligation. Please note, you will be charged according to how many meets you did volunteer for at the end of the season.

How to sign up to volunteer:

Simply navigate to the Swim Meets top level menu located on our Home Page (or just click the Swim Meets link at the beginning of this sentence) and scroll down the page until you see the events where you are available to volunteer. The green Job Signup button will be visible. Click it and you will see the volunteer jobs needed for the meet; sign up for a role!  Now sit back and bask in the knowledge you are doing something great for the team!

*Note: stroke and turn judging and the Starter require that you have been certified as a stroke and turn judge. Please do the training.

If you have teenagers looking for volunteer hours or young adults who would like to make some money at our meets and can be available to sub for swim parents who can't volunteer, please let us know and we can post their phone numbers for parents to call.
