We are excited to host the Eastmont Cove Olympians this Thursday at Hanarry Swim & Racquet! This email contains information for you to share with your swim team families. We will have a Decades Night ☮️🪩 theme for our meet and we invite you to join in the fun and dress-up!

Our pool address is 595 Johannah Place SW, Lilburn. Please follow the no parking signs and only park on the side of the street heading out of the neighborhood. The parking around the pool is limited, but there is lots of street parking in all directions from the 4-way stop before you reach the pool. We will reserve 2 parking spaces for you (coaches/chairpersons whoever is in need of being closer) in the cul de sac near the pool. You can remove the orange cone to use them.

Your team will sit in the shade closest to the restrooms and concession stand on the right side of the pool towards the clubhouse. Bullpen/Staging volunteers can take swimmers around behind the staging chairs to the benches in our staging area.

Eastmont Cove warm-up will be 5:15-5:45pm.

We will have bubble heats for our littlest Storm Chasers group right before the meet begins and plan to start the meet promptly at 6pm.

We will need you to provide volunteers to fill the 6 timers, 1 backup timer, and 2 stroke & turn judges per half. We will hold our officials’ meeting at 5:35 under the tent near the starting blocks. The timers’ meeting will begin at 5:45 in the staging area. Our computer person Ryan Dever will be set up on the deck overlooking the pool for your scoring verification volunteer (he will have a spare laptop for them to use).

We will offer poolside concessions downstairs (snacks, drinks, candy, chocolate) and hot food concessions upstairs. We accept cash and PayPal at the poolside concession, cash and credit card upstairs for hot food. King of Pops will also be at the meet selling popsicles. We will provide 2 coach dinner tickets.

We do not sell water because we have an Elkay Water Bottle Filler and an ice machine. Please bring a reusable bottle to put water in.
