Hello, The YMCA Dolphins are excited to host Eastmont Cove and River Oak Rapid on Tuesday night.

• 5:00 PM – 5:20 PM (Home Team warmup)
• 5:20 PM – 5:40 PM (Eastmont Cove)
• 5:40 PM – 6 PM (River Oak Rapid)
• Volunteer meeting: 5:40 pm
• Bubble heat 6 pm: You are more than welcome to have swimmers swim in this bubble heat, which will happen right after the national anthem.
• Meet, we'll start at 6:05 PM.

We will be swimming at our outdoor pool. Please let your parents know when they arrive at the facility. It will probably be extremely busy in the parking lot, as we have summer camp pick-up starting around that time. We will have signage, but we ask all families to park in our lower lot. We will also open our soccer gates, which we will have for overflow parking if needed. You don't need to enter the facility; head to the outdoor pool. Please use the satellite picture to help explain to parents where to park and where the outdoor pool is located (look at the attachment below screenshot). 

Your team area will be located once you walk into our outdoor pool; we will be on the other side of the pool. We also have plenty of space on the home side. Please remind parents to bring their own chairs.

Volunteering: Eastmont Cove 

First Half: Timer- 3, Bullpen- 1, Stroke and turn- 1 

Second Half: Timer- 2, Bullpen (Stagers)- 1, Stroke and turn- 1, Computer verify- 1 

Concessions: We will have a concession set up on the pool deck. King of Pops will sell popsicles. Our concession is cash only! We will also sell pizza, hot dogs, nachos, chips, candy, and drinks. 

Inclement weather: If Thunder or lightning is heard or seen, we must clear the pool deck for 30 minutes. All parents and swimmers will head to their cars. If we have to make up the meet our makeup day is Saturday, and we will use the same timeline.
