Hello Eastmont Cove parents,

I hope your swimmers are getting into their new school year and things are going well. I wanted to remind you, when you registered your swimmers, you signed an agreement opting in or out of your volunteer obligation. You are not charged that extra $100 if you fulfilled the volunteer obligation. You may have noticed recently a charge from Swimtopia for a certain amount. This is for the volunteer obligation from registration. If you did not volunteer for 4 of the 5 meets, you have a charge of $20.00 to $100 depending on how many meets you did volunteer for. We appreciate all of you for helping with the swim meets and making it possible for our children to compete in the summer league. If anyone would like to help more with our volunteer council positions next year (Managers, Treasurer, event planner, website, Facebook/Instagram, sponsorship) please let us know. All the best this school year.
