- Coaches will be responsible for getting young swimmers back to their families when they are done swimming for the day.
- FOUR coaches per team are allowed on deck during the meet.

- This is due by 7pm WEDNESDAY, July 5! ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL ALSO NEED A SAFE SPORT WAIVER.
- Safe Sport Waivers- All volunteers at the county meet will need to sign our Safe Sport Waiver. Please share the link with your county parent volunteers. - GA Tech Can Food Drive - Please help support the Klemis Kitchen (an on-campus food bank at Ga Tech) by donating canned goods or shelf stable items. The goal is to make sure students are never forced to skip a meal. The Klemis Kitchen supports food-insecure students on campus and homeless people in the Atlanta area. Bins will be at the front door when you enter Ga Tech. Let's join together and show them how strong our LEAGUE spirit is! If each swimmer brings just one item we will fill the bins in no time!
- Heat Sheet Sales: The championship commemorative meet program is available for pre-sale. This program contains the heat sheet, senior recognition, sponsor and team ads. There is one booklet that covers all sessions. To reduce waste and cost of excess printing, we encourage everyone to pre-order their program. We will have a LIMITED number of programs available for sale onsite.
- Parking details will come out as soon as we have them!
- Opening seating this year. No limits on tickets, nor will there be assigned seats. Of course we ask all teams and families to be reasonable with the number of guests attending per family.
- Warmup schedule and meet schedule are attached. Please let your families know what time you expect them to arrive (we recommend at least 30 minutes prior to your warm-up time).
